The Parkland Shooting and LCPS Stone Bridge HS Rape: “Restorative Practices” and the “School To Prison Pipeline (STPP)”

“Restorative Practices” and the “School To Prison Pipeline (STPP)” can be used interchangeably. Both are the genesis for the Parkland school shooting in 2018 where (17) people were murdered and the recent rape of a (15) year old girl and the sexual assault of another at (2) Loudoun County HS’s (Stone Bridge and Broad Run).
In the case of the Parkland shooting, “Restorative Practices” and the “School To Prison Pipeline (STPP)” fell under PROMISE Policy 5006 and the rape and sexual assault in Loudoun County, “Restorative Practices” and the “School To Prison Pipeline (STPP)” fell under HB-257. PACT has provided several posts on this topic (3) times in the past (3) months. This is a wake up call for ALL communities across the country because you can bet that there is either an existing or newly implemented “Restorative Practices” and the “School To Prison Pipeline (STPP)” initiative in your state/county/community, just like HB-257 and PROMISE Policy 5006.

Loudoun County is being run by some very stupid people. Take LCBS “Representative” Juli Briskman for example, just the other day she was advocating for more support of STPP, knowing what just took place in LCPS HS’s.
