4/28/21: So What Do Loudoun County Public Schools “Equity” Invoices Look Like and Why Must Staff Members Be Made “Uncomfortable Enough to Change?” Sounds Like Forced Indoctrination To Me

Below are just a few invoices that The Equity Collaborative has submitted to LCPS. Notice the second line item on the first doc below is for “Critical Race Theory” Development? We posted this earlier but just wanted to share again. And LCPS says, “Nope, no CRT here”, yeah right. As bothersome as this is, I think it’s very important to understand how The Equity Collaborative provides their “Equity Coaching. Below is a screenshot (with link) to The Equity Collaborative’s website, specifically for “How We Do Equity Coaching”. Between the little red brackets in the image below it states:

THAT MEANS CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS CAPABLE OF HOLDING STAFF MEMBERS IN A PLACE WHERE THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO CHANGE

I refer to this as “Equityboarding” because it’s just like waterboarding. Have you EVER had any type of professional training that held staff members in a place until they were willing to change? Now ask yourself, why do teachers go through any type of training? To become better educators right? They take the skills they learned from their training and apply it in the classroom, otherwise what’s the point. See where I’m going with this?
