
In Loudoun County Public Schools, like everywhere else, they attempt to paint the narrative that there are racial and discriminatory hiring practices, but where’s the evidence?

- Black Applicants Hired: 7.4% (86)
- Hispanic Applicants for the 2020/2021 School Year: 9.5% (967)
- Hispanic Applicants Hired: 16% (181)
Race baiters can find racism in water. How can the above be racist? The irony is the hiring rate for both black and Hispanic staff are directly in-line with LCPS student demographics. I think this might be considered racist thinking but how do you increase the applicant hire success rate? Increase the number of applicants, right? I’m sure there’s some cry me a river tale about how not having a certain number of applicants is racist, forgetting that it is an individuals right to apply wherever they want.
