I applaud MSAAC’s “Call to Action” efforts, heck I’d do the same, but sadly, I think the fall woefully short. PACT hasn’t and LCPS, MSAAC, NAACP and the Equity Committee Know it.
Below, PACT has added comments to each “call to action” MSAAC has described. Honestly, there is nothing here to be concerned with. For example, “Call to Action” #1 and #4 are a forgone conclusion, we know how (8) of the (9) board members will think, act and vote. The other “Call to Acton” items, well I don’t think they will go anywhere meaningful unless they call in bus loads of people to protest.
Call to Action #1: This one is really a waste of time. (8) of the (9) LCPS School Board Members are already being controlled by MSAAC and the NAACP, so we know how they will vote
Call to Action #2: In other words, they are asking parents send principals and administrators emails or make phone calls asking them to step on the Equity gas and convert their students into Equity Zombies. Hmmm, one problem, Zeigler just said on 3/19/21 and again on 3/23/21 that LCPS “students do not receive equity training“. How do you advance equity through action without training? Zeigler said no equity training here, who’s telling the truth?
Call to Action #3: I think what they really meant to say is Critical Race Theory, but Equity works it’s all the same thing. Have you noticed that LCPS and the NAACP have only said that LCPS is NOT teaching CRT but Equity? Zeigler says no student equity training going on here. How can they possibly write an Op-Ed or news publications and ask them to support their oppressive, racist, and frequently BLM based education and anti-whiteness?
Call to Action #4: Again, this one is really a waste of time. (8) of the (9) LCPS School Board Members are already being controlled by MSAAC and the NAACP, so we know how they think and how they will vote
Call to Action #5: What they are telling people is not to read anything that counters their fraud filled and hateful agenda. Why would you not want someone to have or make an informed decision? Maybe at the end of the day, they believe in Critical Race Theory but want to see what organizations like PACT are saying. How is one to believe what they are being told if they are also being told not to look at anything else? That’s called deception and strongly hints at hiding the truth, otherwise what’s the concern?
